Penyetan

Dish from East Java featuring fried or grilled ingredients chicken, tofu, tempeh (deep fried fermented soy bean), smashed together with sambal chili.

Ikan Tilapia Penyet

Deep-fried tilapia fish that is lightly smashed ("penyet") to tenderize the meat. Served with spicy sambal chili and raw vegetables.

Ayam Kalasan & Sayur Asem

Ayam Tahu Tempe Penyet
